It wasn’t just a “birthday land” it was MICKEY’s Birthdayland to celebrate his 60th. It wasn’t meant to be permanent, but afterwards it became Mickey’s Starland, then Mickey’s Toontown Fair, Mickey’s Toontown and now it’s part of Storybook Circus.
